Our Carolina Reaper puree and mash are naturally fermented and packs a powerful heat at 1.5M to 2M (SHUs). It's red in color with a complex sweet and fruity flavor if you can get past the intense heat. As this is a very hot pepper, use it with caution as its heat is a classic "creeper heat". The heat intensifies after eating so start with a very small taste test. Also, the heat intensifies over time when added to soups, stews, and other liquid based dishes. So if you refrigerate that "perfectly hot" spaghetti sauce and/or homemade hot sauce, and then eat it the next day - expect more heat! This product is very hot. Please use caution when handling.
